Ischitella

Ischitella is a waypoint for all visitors headed to the Foce di Varano or the Umbra Forest.
Its panoramic location is enviable, especially on clear days when guests can take in myriad shades of blue from its overlook: the blue of the lake and beyond the bank of land, that of the sea stretching towards the Tremiti Islands.

Today the village is essentially an agricultural center, particularly dedicated to olive cultivation but numerous tourist-environmental initiatives are also being planned in collaboration with the Foce Varano tourist area, a seaside resort in the municipality of Ischitella between Lake Varano and the Adriatic Sea.
